Safety concerns
If you have a safety concern about another user, content on the platform, or an interaction that made you feel unsafe:

Safety reports are reviewed by the ||NAM team. We do not share the identity of the person who filed a report with the reported user.
Child safety: if your concern involves a minor — including a suspected under-18 user, grooming, or child sexual abuse material — use our dedicated child-safety address, childsafety@getnam.app, rather than the general safety address. This address is also the contact point for authorities and platform child-safety enquiries. See our Child Safety Standards.
||NAM is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise your privacy rights — including access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection — or to ask questions about how your data is handled:

Please include your registered email address or phone number in any data request. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe content on ||NAM is illegal, you can submit a formal report using our dedicated form. This route is open to anyone, wherever you are:

User contact point: you can contact us directly at legal@getnam.app about our Terms of Service, content moderation, or an illegal-content report. This is a direct electronic route and is not solely automated.
Authority contact point: competent authorities may contact us at legal@getnam.app. We correspond in English.
Representatives: ||NAM's launch scope does not include the EU/EEA. We are not currently intentionally offering or marketing ||NAM in the EU/EEA, and no EU representative has been appointed. Before intentionally launching or marketing ||NAM in the EU/EEA, we will reassess which representative obligations apply and appoint accordingly.
