PAIA Manual
Ottmic Productions CC — ||NAM (getnam.app) Information manual prepared with reference to Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) Last updated: 1 September 2026
Part 1: Introduction and purpose of this manual
This manual sets out information about Ottmic Productions CC and the routes available for making an access-to-information request or a privacy request to us. It follows the structure of an information manual under Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 ("PAIA").
We publish it as a transparency and access measure for people in South Africa, so that anyone who wishes to request information from us can see what we hold and how to ask for it.
Publishing this manual does not represent that a final conclusion has been reached about whether, or to what extent, PAIA binds Ottmic Productions CC as a close corporation registered in Namibia. That question is under review. We publish the manual and honour the request routes set out in it regardless of how that review concludes.
PAIA gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information held by public and private bodies, where that information is required for the exercise or protection of any rights.
