Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 29 June 2026
||NAM is an adults-only social platform operated by Ottmic Productions CC. Users must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards explain how ||NAM prevents, identifies, reports, and responds to conduct or content that may endanger children.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not use ||NAM to create, upload, send, request, distribute, promote, store, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material or any content that sexually exploits or depicts the abuse of a child;
- sexualised content involving, appearing to involve, or representing anyone under 18;
- grooming, sextortion, trafficking, enticement, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child;
- requests for sexual images, videos, conversations, or activity involving a child;
- content or conduct that identifies, targets, threatens, coerces, blackmails, or otherwise endangers a child;
- links, instructions, coded language, groups, accounts, or services intended to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation;
- attempts to evade safeguards, reporting systems, moderation, account restrictions, or law-enforcement investigation.
This prohibition applies to profile information, photographs, messages, meetup requests, usernames, links, and all other activity conducted through ||NAM.
Adults-only access
||NAM is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be restricted, suspended, or removed while the matter is investigated.
Misrepresenting a person's age, helping a minor obtain access, or using another person's identity to bypass age restrictions is prohibited.
Reporting concerns
Users can report concerning profiles, messages, photographs, meetup requests, or other behaviour through the reporting and safety tools available in the app.
Urgent child-safety concerns may also be reported to:
Please include enough information for us to locate and review the relevant account or content. Do not email or redistribute illegal imagery. Instead, provide identifiers, dates, usernames, links, or a description of the concern.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority immediately.
Our response
When we receive a credible child-safety report, we may:
- promptly restrict access to relevant content or accounts;
- preserve relevant account and activity information where legally permitted or required;
- investigate the reported conduct;
- remove prohibited content;
- suspend or permanently terminate accounts;
- prevent repeat access where reasonably possible;
- cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and legally authorised investigations; and
- make reports to relevant child-protection or law-enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.
We may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users, children, the public, or the integrity of the platform.
Enforcement
Violations of these standards may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
Attempts to upload, share, solicit, facilitate, or conceal child sexual abuse material or child exploitation may be reported as required by law.
